About Me
With extensive human resource management experience and solid HR generalist background I am tertiary qualified and a Chartered Fellow of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand (CFHRNZ). My down to earth approach has gained me a healthy reputation from colleagues, employer/business groups, union officials, local body politicians and senior management. My competence in developing strong leadership and management effectiveness provides you with the ability to achieve your goals through your people.
WHY ME?
Over the years I have dedicated myself to providing a value-added service based on informed expertise, that excels in quality and delivery to companies, organisations and individuals. I apply best practice principles to all of my clients and stakeholders taking pride in “doing better than a just a good job.” This includes a solution-based approach rather than one of conflict.
During my career in Human Resources and in the time that I took to establish the business, I have played a significant role in providing cost effective strategies within local government, private sector and have an ongoing business relationship with small to medium sized companies. I have been successful in finding candidates that meet the employers’ requirements including a perfect company culture fit. All of this has enabled them to build successful teams and establish employment agreements, policies and management plans that meet the needs of their business.
But don’t just take my word for it…
Personal Note
I am passionate about sport in particular Rugby as a former player for East Coast Bays Rugby Football Club, and supporter of the North Harbour Rugby Union, Condor Rugby Football Club, the All Blacks and more recently the impressive Black Ferns.
Now living in Tauranga my allegiances will be tested and hopefully I will get to see some games in the Bay and who knows given time may change my colours and become a Bay (Steamers) and Chiefs supporter.
